SecurePass Manager Android Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Android version of SecurePass Manager (the “App”), provided by L AND R TRADE STAGE LIMITED LIABILITY CO. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. The App

The App provides tools to manage passwords, cards, certificates, expiry dates, payment schedules, To Do items, and related information on your device. Vault data is normally encrypted and stored locally on your device and is not automatically synchronized to our servers.

2. Master Password and Backups

You are responsible for securely managing your master password and encrypted backups. If you forget your master password and biometric recovery is unavailable, we cannot recover your vault. Create an encrypted backup before changing or resetting your device.

3. SecurePass Pro

SecurePass Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, free-trial availability, and eligibility are governed by the information shown in the purchase screen and on Google Play. Charges are made to your Google Play account.

A subscription renews automatically until canceled through Google Play. Use Google Play subscription management to cancel, change payment methods, or review subscription status. Refunds are governed by Google Play rules and applicable law. Removing the App from a device does not cancel a subscription.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. The App and related content are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by us or the applicable rights holders.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use the App for unlawful purposes;
• improperly analyze, modify, access, or interfere with the App or its operation;
• infringe the rights or legitimate interests of another person; or
• sell, lend, or redistribute the App without authorization.

6. Changes and Suspension

We may change or temporarily suspend the App when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service operation. Material changes will be announced in the App, on the support website, or through another appropriate method.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

We do not guarantee that the App will meet every purpose, remain uninterrupted at all times, or be free from every defect. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable consumer or other law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information in the App is described in the SecurePass Manager Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary due to changes in law or the App. Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted on this page or another date stated in the notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the App or these Terms.
